Cancellation and Refunds

Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance of your confirmed reservation for a full refund. There are no refunds after that. If a reservation is made within 48 hours of your stay, there will be no refunds if you choose to cancel. We will contact you within 24 hours after you submit the reservation form. If you are submiting the form within 48 hours of your stay there is no gurantee of room availability, so please call us instead.
